The celebration 50 years in the making
Fifty years deserves more than cake. Slli'm is turning the big 5-0 into a show: improv, original music and poetry, with a house full of friends and family.
On stage: Slli'm Williams with special guests Lee the Poet, 13 of Nazareth and The Wryte One. Improvised scenes between every act, plus a couple of live cyphers. Nothing is scripted, so no two shows could ever be the same.
Presented with Washington Improv Theater at Studio Theatre.

Good questions
When can I buy tickets?
Tickets are $20 and sold through Washington Improv Theater. They go on sale soon. RSVP on Partiful and you'll get a heads-up the moment they're live. The buttons on this page will switch to the ticket link, too.
What time should I get there?
Doors open at 3:00 PM and the show starts at 3:30 PM sharp. It wraps at 5:00, and we need to clear the theater by 5:15 for the next show.
Which entrance do I use?
The show is in Studio Theatre's Mead Theatre. Use the P Street entrance at 1501 14th St NW. Studio's visitor page has accessibility and venue info.
Can I buy merch at the show?
No. Merch is online only, printed to order through Bonfire. Order by Friday, November 13 so it arrives before December 5.
Where's the after-party?
Doi Moi at 1800 14th St NW, a 5-minute walk from the theater. Head over around 5:30 PM. Food is on us; drinks are on your own tab. Please RSVP for the after-party so we can plan the food.
I'm coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
